Following a leaked listing on Amazon, Sega has confirmed that its upcoming action-investigation game Judgment will launch in the West on June 25.

However, fans who digitally preorder the Yakuza spin-off will be able to access it four days earlier on June 21.

While the early access may sway some players to the digital version, the physical version gets the bells and whistles of a reversible cover featuring the stunning Japanese cover artwork and an exclusive Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio sticker.

Meanwhile, all players will have the ability to choose between either the original Japanese audio or an English-language dub, marking the first time in more than a decade that a Yakuza game has offered that feature.

Judgment takes place in the Yakuza series’s signature locale of Kamurocho, but follows disgraced lawyer and private eye Takayuki Yagami on an investigation into the district’s criminal underbelly.

The hard-hitting combat of the parent franchise will return, married to “innovative” investigation gameplay.

The game was originally revealed as Project JUDGE and is currently set for release exclusively on the PlayStation 4.
