Starting June 9th, the Xbox One will be available without the Kinect for $399. In addition, a standalone Kinect sensor will be announced and discussed later this year.

Alongside this story, Microsoft has announced entertainment services such as Netflix and Hulu that were previously hidden behind the Xbox Live Gold subscription will now be accessible regardless of level of membership on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. It has also been announced that June’s Games With Gold program will feature Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition, Charlie Murder and Dark Souls on Xbox 360, and Max: Curse of the Brotherhood and Halo: Spartan Assault on Xbox One.
