Wasteland 3

Developer inXile Entertainment has revealed Wasteland 3 will release on consoles and PC on May 19, 2020.

The squad-based tactical RPG makes its return with a bang, putting players into the shoes of a Desert Ranger who is the last surviving member of Team November. Fighting for survival in a post-apocalyptic frozen Colorado pits the player against environmental dangers, as well as savage enemies.

Wasteland 3 met a USD$2.75 million Fig crowdfunding goal, ending with USD$3.1 million in total. Two years later at XO19, Microsoft announced that it had acquired inXile Entertainment, but it would continue to work “autonomously.”

Those who preorder will receive the in-game bonuses of the Ranger General’s hat with glasses, a Polished Ranger Badge, and a set of snow-camouflaged weapons.

Wasteland 3 releases on PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One May 19, 2020.
