Unholy

Unholy, a morbid, horror-stealth game from Duality Studios, just got a new teaser trailer.

The twisted “last city” in Unholy looks similar to some of the settings in Bloodborne but with a first-person view. The game aims to immerse and terrify as players take control of a mother (Saidah) looking for her stolen child.

Gameplay is planned to offer different courses of action to progress, whether it be through stealth or “exploiting the city’s social order.” There even seems to be a madness meter for players to keep track of in order to escape insanity.

Creative art director, Tomasz Strzałkowski, has experience in the industry by working on projects such as Bulletstorm and Gears of War.

Unholy is currently slated for a release window of 2019, so stay tuned for updates.

Michael fell into the OnlySP team toward the end of 2017. You’ll mostly catch his work over in the news area, but that doesn’t mean he won’t dip into the features section every now and then. For him, gaming doesn’t get much better than Metal Gear Solid and Super Mario Sunshine. Though he is a die-hard Nintendo fan, he grew up on PlayStation.
