Twin Mirror

After months of silence, Life is Strange developer Dontnod Entertainment has announced the delay of psychological thriller Twin Mirror.

Dontnod stated that the game has been delayed into 2020, adding that the game will be an Epic Games Store exclusive for 12 months on PC.

Described as “a story-driven investigation game,” Twin Mirror was originally scheduled for release for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One this year. However, Dontnod decided to push the release into next year, citing a need to “optimize the gaming experience and capitalize on Twin Mirror’s success potential.”

Additionally, the developer says it signed the exclusivity deal with Epic Games to “ensure a more advantageous distribution of revenues” and further “reinforce the game’s potential.” The deal also gives Dontnod the rights to Twin Mirror on PC, though Bandai Namco will remain a co-producer of the game on all other platforms.
