The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is still being supported by CD Projekt RED as the next expansion’s release quickly approaches.

Fixing many problems from both the main game as well as the first paid DLC, Hearts of Stone, Patch 1.12 rolled out to PC earlier today before reaching both Xbox One and PS4 shortly after.

As well as general fixes to gameplay for a smoother, glitch-free experience for all, CD Projekt Red have addressed many more specific quest or item-related issues which may or may not have affected you in the past.

The next scheduled DLC is due for release this (no specific date as of yet) and is titled Blood and Wine. We are promised an extra 20 hours of gameplay and a brand new area to explore.
