Clementine, Javier, and the rest of the group are set to return in Episode 3 of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier next Tuesday.

Beginning March 28, Episode 3, titled “Above The Law,” promises to capture that same nail-biting tension that the two-episode premiere received much praise for last year. Depending on what choices players made as Javier, one of the two main characters alongside the short-haired Clementine from Seasons 1 and 2, there can be very different stories leading into how players begin Episode 3.

As Javier, players must struggle to find a role in his newly reunited family. Meanwhile, tension within the walls of Richmond grow. Will Clementine and the rest of the group turn against Javier? It may be time to choose between the family you’re born into and the family you’ve made.

Telltale Games has made quite a lucrative business and leaps and bounds in terms of development with the The Walking Dead franchise since Season 1. The once-small company has prided itself on narrative-driven gameplay using the now-famous Telltale tool, allowing players to tailor their experience according to the choices they make and how they play.

With A New Frontier, Telltale has sought to make a Season that’s both engaging and nostalgic for players familiar with Season 1 and 2, by allowing importing of save files and past choices to facilitate continuity for Clementine from past seasons. But beyond that, Telltale also wanted to make the Season welcoming and explanatory for those new to their version of the storied franchise by dropping enough backstory to fill in the gaps for the uninitiated.

The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Episode 3: Above The Law will be available for digital download on March 28 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC/Steam, Android devices, and iOS. Purchasers of the physical retail season pass disc will also be able to download Episode 3 next week.
