For the first time on PlayStation 4 in Europe, The Legend of Heroes: Trials of Cold Steel has received a release, with added features.

Developed by Marvelous Games, the title was previously available on PC, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita, and was recently ported to the PlayStation 4. The game is also part of an ongoing JRPG franchise, with the latest in the series being The Legend of Heroes: Trials of Cold Steel III, which received an announcement trailer back in January 2019.

With the Western world finally able to catch up on the game’s rich narrative, the new version offers plenty of added material to make up for the wait. Trials of Cold Steel features dual audio allowing players to experience the story in either English or Japanese with an additional 5000+ voice lines found only in the PC version prior.

According to the developer’s Twitter page, the title also comes with a Turbo Boost Mode as well as all previously released DLC.

Western fans can now get their hand on Trials of Cold Steel PlayStation 4, with plenty of more titles to look forward to in the possible future. For future updates on single-player games, follow us on FacebookTwitter, and YouTube. You can also join the discussion in our community Discord server.
