State of Decay 2

State of Decay 2‘s Steam page is now live, and along with it has come a teaser from developer Undead Labs.

Published by Xbox Game Studios, State of Decay 2 is already available on PC via the Microsoft Store, and players can also pick it up for Xbox One, where it is included in Game Pass.

Although the game’s Steam page currently lists a release date of April 21, 2024, the developer writes, “Undead Labs is proud to present our best-ever vision of the zombie apocalypse, coming to Steam in early 2020.”

Undead Labs also teases “some wild surprises in the coming months.”

State of Decay 2 is an open-world survival-fantasy game that can be played single-player or with up to three friends. “After a zombie apocalypse, your small group of survivors seek to rebuild a small corner of civilization, and you get to make all the decisions about how that happens,” describes its Steam page.

State of Decay 2 released on Xbox One and for PC, through the Microsoft Store, on May 22, 2018, and is set to hit Steam sometime next year.
