Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is easily one of this year’s most anticipated titles and now fans have a glimpse at what the game will play like.

The footage was shown today as part of EA Play’s E3 2019 celebration. In many ways, the game looks to be reminiscent of Dark Souls titles, though an emphasis on flowing combat, traversal, and the use of the force can be seen below.

The gameplay demo featured the Wookie planet of Kashyyyk and its extremely hostile environment. Giant spiders, treacherous terrain, and plenty of stormtroopers plague protagonist Kal Kestis’s path.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order takes place just after the end of Star Wars Episode III: The Revenge of the Sith, so, naturally, there were some cameos and callbacks.

For him, gaming doesn’t get much better than Metal Gear Solid and Super Mario Sunshine. Though he is a die-hard Nintendo fan, he grew up on PlayStation.
