Square Enix has teased that development for the next instalment in the Kingdom Hearts series may be underway.

According to the official Square Enix website, the studio has listed three job positions: a UI designer, a technical artist, and an effect designer. Additionally, all the job posts specifically highlights that each role will play a part in the HD development of the Kingdom Hearts series. The postings also place an emphasis on potential applicants having experience working with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One tools.

OnlySP’s Rebecca Hills-Duty also discussed whether the game was worth the wait after 13 years stating, “For those truly invested in Sora and his friends, yes. For everyone else… probably not.”
