Today, Pierrick Le Nestour of Streum On Studio announced on the PlayStation Blog that they were bringing Space Hulk: Deathwing to PlayStation 4 sometime in 2015.

Today, we’re glad to present to you our baby, Space Hulk: Deathwing, planned for launch in 2015 on PS4.

Space Hulk: Deathwing is a first person shooter set in the War Hammer 40,000 Universe. Le Nestour gave a brief glimpse of what gamers can expect sometime next year.

Space Hulk: Deathwing offers players the chance to experience a desperate battle against Genestealers in the claustrophobic tunnels of a Space Hulk, as they gain skills, new abilities, and new equipment thanks to experience earned during perilous missions.

Check out the trailer below to see how Deathwing looks using the power of the Unreal Engine 4.

PlayStation 4 gamers will not be the only group to experience Deathwing, as this trailer shows the game coming to PC and Xbox One as well.

We requested a comment from the PR group handling the game if Deathwing would be a single player campaign focused title, but declined to comment for the time being. If we find out the game is a co-op focused title, we won’t be covering Deathwing extensively.
