Pqube’s new platformer Songbird Symphony has officially released on Nintendo Switch, PC, and PlayStation 4.

Uniquely, Songbird Symphony features a heavy focus on music. Boss battles are a mixture of normal platforming and rhythm-based gameplay, requiring players to match button prompts with the beat. Finding new notes by exploring the world is also possible, expanding the accompanying musical score.

In what the developers describe as a “heart-warming journey of discovery,” players will take on the role as Birb. The small bird has been outcast from the other peacocks and is looking to find his place in the world. Birb will have to travel through the forest before helping out a variety of creatures and solving a wide range of puzzles.
