Want to see Xbox One exclusive title Ryse in action? I promise there are minimal QTEs. In fact, the gameplay looks incredibly fluid. This five minute video of Ryse gameplay and developer chat covers the evolution of combat, from speaking with Roman combat experts, to combo flow and execution mastery. I’m still a little skeptical, but this video shows a lot of surprisingly good looking combat, and may just help break down the impressions caused by the E3 display.

Ryse: Son of Rome launches with the Xbox One in November.
