Square Enix has confirmed today via a press release that Rise of the Tomb Raider will be coming to the PC and PS4. However, the wait is probably a bit longer than you initially anticipated.

We’ve known from the start that Rise of the Tomb Raider was a timed-exclusive on the Xbox One, so it should be no surprise that the game is heading to the PC and PS4 in the future. According to the press release, Rise of the Tomb Raider will arrive on PC platforms during the Spring of 2016, but the PS4 version of the game will not arrive until Holiday 2016.

By that time I assume the game will include all the previously released DLC and any other updates that were made over the year since its release. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on any further updates we hear regarding Rise of the Tomb Raider. Don’t forget to follow OnlySP on Facebook and Twitter to stay up to date.

  1. Its a very good news. Tomb Raider was a beautiful and interessing game and i hope that will have so much fun [or maybe more] on PC or PS4. I’ve heard that it will support only Windows 10. I don’t think that tis is true, but know M$ moves they will make a good way to sell Win10 for player who want to play RoTR on PC. But we will wait and see the official minimum requirements.
