Microsoft has announced the date for xCloud’s public testing this year and will provide access to several exclusives for free.

During September’s Inside Xbox, Microsoft revealed that its game streaming service, Project xCloud, will begin public testing in October. Players will be able to sign up with their Microsoft accounts, and xCloud’s preview will include access to Gears 5, Halo 5: Guardians, Killer Instinct, and Sea of Thieves.

However, this test is only available for devices running Android 6.0 or higher. The testing is also limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, and South Korea to start.

OnlySP’s Richard Flint reviewed Gears 5, saying that its single-player mode is longest Gears campaign to date and that Gears 5 is jam-packed with callbacks, references, and fascinating revelations.
