Sony has announced the release dates for the PlayStation App for iOS and Android. In North America, the app will launch on November 13, and in Europe, the app will launch on November 22.

The PlayStation App was first announced in February along with the PlayStation 4. It will provide some second-screen functionality, along with letting you access your PSN profile, allowing you to check and respond to messages, check trophies, and see online friends. The app will let you watch and comment on livestreams. Finally, you will be able to make purchases from the PlayStation Store and start downloads on your PS4 remotely.
