Thanks to a recent entry in the Australian Classification Board’s rating database, we now know a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game is currently in development.
Japan-based Platinum Games are reportedly the team behind the project, who have an impressive history with titles such as both Bayonetta games, Vanquish, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and Transformers: Devastation.
There isn’t much information available yet about this new TMNT game, other than its M rating in Australia which translates to games intended for 15 year-olds and above, and that its full title will be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan. The game will also published by Activision.
The Ninja Turtles haven’t had the greatest of outings in video game format, but hopefully this new adventure will be a step in the right direction for the pizza-loving reptiles.
