The action-adventure game, Pine, will be coming to the Nintendo Switch soon.

Over on Twitter, the developer, Twirlbound, announced that Pine will arrive on the Switch on November 26, with preorders going live on November 15. According to a Kickstarter update, backers who chose the Switch as their platform of choice will receive an email asking them to specify their region for the code.

Twirlbound noted that the studio is working on providing footage of the Switch version, but also reiterated that this version has had concessions. These alterations include changes to graphics and smoothness to make the best version possible for the handheld platform.

Backers are free to change their minds about platform preference as a result of these changes, and Twirlbound will provide a PC key instead.

OnlySP’s Amy Davidson reviewed the game on PC, saying “When everything works, the little sandbox of Albamare is a delightful place to explore,” but noted that issues are apparent.

Twirlbound has also mentioned the studio is playing around with the idea of potential DLC for the game too.
