One of the Xbox 360’s most beloved JRPGs is making its way to the Xbox One in the near future.

Phil Spencer confirmed on Twitter this week that Blue Dragon is currently being worked on for Microsoft’s backwards compatibility program on Xbox One. No release date was provided, but the news that the game is at least coming to the program should make quite a few people happy.

Now we just need to wait and see if Microsoft also has plans to bring The Lost Odyssey to the backwards compatibility program as well.

Stay tuned for further updates on Blue Dragon’s backwards compatibility release as we have them. Follow OnlySP on Facebook and Twitter for all the latest single player gaming news.
