While the PDX Con announcement show was headlined by the announcement of Age of Wonders: Planetfall, it also contained a host of other fresh expansions from publisher Paradox Interactive.

Beginning the announcements was the reveal of a new Crusader Kings II expansion called ‘Holy Fury’.

Also revealed was a new piece of DLC for Europa Universalis IV, called ‘Dharma’. This expansion was referred to “the big one,” centring on the Indian subcontinent and incorporating multiple countries from the region, including Burma. The extra content will also introduce a range of new updates to the nations and diplomacy systems.

The third new expansion is for Hearts of Iron IV, called ‘Man the Guns’, which focuses on the naval conflict in the Mexican gulf from World War II. One of the biggest features will be the return of the fuel resource, and the title will incorporate alternate histories.

All of these expansions are being developed by the publisher’s namesake studio, Paradox Studios.
