The gritty, narrative-driven Only After has received an October release date alongside a new gameplay trailer.
The release date and trailer (embedded below) were unveiled in a new blog post from developer GuraShop Studio:
“Wow, finally after two years of work we have finally a release date. Only After will be available on Steam on Oct. 22!!! In a month and a few days!!! We can’t still talk about the story freely but a new trailer has been released with lots of new scenes and gameplay shots.”
According to Steam, the game will be an “interactive story where your decisions affect future outcomes, branching out different possible storylines that will result in different endings for the characters.”
Players will join psychiatrist Judy Williams and detective Michael Grady to try to piece together strange circumstances to find a missing girl. The launch trailer features horror-esque gameplay footage centring on David, the missing girl’s boyfriend who is suffering from PTSD.
Only After is set for release on October 22, 2019 for PC.
