Obsidian Entertainment’s The Outer Worlds has been given a Nintendo Switch release date.
Obsidian and publisher Private Division revealed that the acclaimed sci-fi RPG would make its way over to Nintendo’s mobile console just before the game released late last year. Virtuous Games is handling to port, which is now slated to hit the Switch on March 6, 2020.
One small caveat, however, is that while The Outer Worlds will see game cases on store shelves, this physical version will not come with the traditional Switch cartridge. Instead, players who purchase the game will be gifted a download code instead. Fans can purchase the game’s case and download code or head over to download it through the Nintendo eShop for USD$59.99.
Last month, Obsidian announced plans to release DLC content for The Outer Worlds, though, finer details on that front have yet to be shared.
