Fallout 4 rumors and speculation have been running amok since almost the same time OnlySP came online back in 2012.  Having said that, don’t expect an announcement for the game anytime soon according to Pete Hines.


Answering a fan question on Twitter about the spotted listing for a Bethesda game at Gamescom, Hines clarified that it was for The Elder Scrolls Online and The Evil Within. You can see the full conversation just below. As you can tell from the Tweet, I’m sure most of Bethesda has gotten tired of the constant made up rumors and speculation pointing towards Fallout 4. But, who can blame some excited customers, right?

We reported on a quote Todd Howard made in a video interview about a month ago saying that they’re waiting to reveal their next project to “surprise everybody”. You can read the full story here.

It’ll probably be a while before we get our first glimpse at whatever Bethesda is working on, so feel free to speculate in the comments thread just below. I wonder how many minds would blow if Bethesda did something different and introduced a whole new IP to the gaming world…
