Rockstar Games

A character artist at Rockstar Games has indicated that the company is working on a new IP set in medieval Europe.

In the project section of his Linkedin profile, Pawas Saxena previously noted that he was “creating modular environment pieces with organic finish carefully following medieval architectural style,” according to GamesRadar+. According to the profile, Saxena began that work at Dhruva Interactive in May 2018, according to the Reddit post that originally broke the news.

The rumor emerges from the fact that Rockstar Games acquired Dhruva Interactive. However, that did not occur until May 2019. Payday 2 developer Starbreeze Studios owned Dhruva Interactive at the time listed by Saxena’s profile.

Nevertheless, Rockstar has previously been reported to have been working on a medieval project, so the listing could hint at a revival of that.
