Insomniac Games just surprise released new game plus for Marvel’s Spider-Man.
The addition of today’s new game plus has been on Insomniac’s list of things to do since announcing the update shortly after the game’s release last month.
After God of War’s new game plus was so highly requested, Insomniac spared no time in making sure Spider-Man would receive the same treatment.
Just yesterday, Insomniac said the new mode would be coming soon, but did not explain exactly when it would arrive.
The ability to play Spider–Man over again with previous unlocks is free with today’s update. As an added bonus, the update also includes a brand-new ultimate difficulty.
Today’s update precedes The City That Never Sleeps DLC’s first portion, which launches October 23. Episode one of three will run for about $10 while the season pass costs $25.
