Batman: Arkham Knight, the new Batman game from developer Rocksteady, has received some new gameplay details thanks to a cover article on the Official PlayStation Magazine.

Many of these details revolve around the new addition to gameplay, the Batmobile. Apparently, players will be able to call the vehicle by gliding by targeting a location that you want to enter it. Also, many things in the city will be vulnerable to hits from the Batmobile, and affected areas will change several elements in each location. Finally, the Batmobile will have a boost function that will act as a speedy way to traverse the map. This boost function will recharge by drifting around corners.

Other details provided include the fact that Batman will be able to use some of his gadgets while gliding, causing a slow motion effect while using them.

Batman: Arkham Knight is set to release this October on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
