Funcom and The Bearded Ladies have revealed the first expansion for its tactical role-playing game Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden.
The new expansion, titled ‘Seeds of Evil’, begins immediately after the narrative of the main game, introducing new enemies to destroy and maps to explore.
‘Seeds of Evil’ also introduces a new playable character, Big Khan the moose, who has two mutations: Flame Puke and Ground Pound.
The expansion will be released for Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on July 30, 2019. Check out the new trailer below.
The Bearded Ladies also stated that the game’s Switch port and physical console release, announced in March to release on June 25, have been delayed until July 30.
OnlySP’s Amy Davidson reviewed the game for PlayStation 4, awarding it a Distinction (4/5) and stating that “The Bearded Ladies has created a clever, fresh take on the turn-based strategy genre”.
