If the last time you saw footage of Max Payne was from the doormat-worthy film adaptation, have no fear. This latest trailer for Rockstar’s story-based slow-motion shooter Max Payne 3 will no doubt leave you satisfied.

In the video, we see some very impressive shootouts featuring Bullet Time, the slow motion ability that the series is known for. Some of the set pieces, such as hanging from a crane hook while shooting in Bullet Time, look very fun and impressive. Check out the trailer below and see for yourself.

Max Payne 3 hits retail with a vengeance on May 15 in NA and May 18 everywhere else for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
