E3 has come and gone and we still haven’t gotten an exact release date for Lords of the Fallen.

In the meantime, the developer’s Twitter account continues to answer fan questions about the game which reveals a few new details every once in a while. Many gamers are solely interested in Lords of the Fallen due to the game being marketed as a very challenging action game, drawing lots of comparisons to the Dark Souls series, which Deck13 openly embraces.

While the game might not be AS hard as Dark Souls, Lords of the Fallen will provide you options to continue increasing the difficulty of the game. Answering a question on Twitter, Deck13 has revealed that you will be able to disable magic in the game to increase the challenge.

Since we have yet to play the game ourselves, it’s hard to say how much magic does to aid you in combat, but for those of you looking for that extra difficulty, it’s nice to see Deck13 providing extra options.

From the looks of it, Deck13 is also planning on bringing the game to Gamescom, and with a Fall 2014 release date set in their sights, hopefully we’ll get a release date around that time, if not sooner as the developer continues to tease.

We’ll be sure to continue bringing you all the latest details on Lords of the Fallen so don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for all the latest updates.
