Resolution numbers are still all the talk in the gaming industry and yet another game may fall prey to the resolution debate. Tomasz Gop has finally confirmed the resolution numbers for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Lords of the Fallen today.

According to a news post on VideoGamer, Gop has confirmed to them that Lords of the Fallen will be set at 900p on the Xbox One and 1080p on the PS4. Deck13 did note earlier this year that they were finding it a challenge in getting Lords of the Fallen up to 1080p on Xbox One, but had hoped to reach the mark.

Gop told VideoGamer that the resolution is really the only difference between the two versions of the game. He continued on to say, “It’s really, really close [to completion], Pretty much the only thing that we’re doing is last minute fixes, but we’ve already been certified. We’re already past the US certification for PlayStation.”

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all the latest regarding Lords of the Fallen and hopefully a review once the game releases. Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to get instant updates.

  1. What a coincidence : PlayStation Access has uploaded a brand new gameplay video a few hours ago.

  2. I think 900p is nothing wrong. Maybe resolution like 1080p is a little better but we can’t see different it if we compare this two screens rendered using this same hardware on for example 22″ monitors. Between 900p and 1080p is not that big differensec.

  3. I think so too, it is not a big difference in resolution. And probably will not see the difference. The creators of The Witcher such values could not be achieved. So you have to admit that the creators of LoF done a good job.
