Little Legend

2D open-world indie title Little Legend is more than two-thirds of the way to its Kickstarter goal on only its fifth campaign day.

Announced on January 9, the adventure game from Nevermind Games is promising to fill big shoes. At the time of writing, the title has raised just short of EUR€21,000 of a €30,600 goal.

Nevermind took to Reddit to explain that the title is inspired by the likes of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Ori and the Blind Forest.

Additionally, the Little Legend Kickstarter page describes what the game has to offer:

“Craft your own Magic abilities, explore a captivating open world, and follow the heartwarming story of Pimpim.”

Nevermind aims to create a game in which discovery feels completely organic. Check out some of the footage from the page down below and be sure to read up on everything Little Legend is offering on its page. The Kickstarter campaign is scheduled to conclude on February 9.

The game is planned to launch for PC and Switch in early 2020. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ports are also planned for the following year.

Michael fell into the OnlySP team toward the end of 2017. You’ll mostly catch his work over in the news area, but that doesn’t mean he won’t dip into the features section every now and then. For him, gaming doesn’t get much better than Metal Gear Solid and Super Mario Sunshine. Though he is a die-hard Nintendo fan, he grew up on PlayStation.
