Today, Activision and Platinum Games have announced that The Legend of Korra will be getting a video game adaptation this Fall for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and PS3, and PC.
Platinum Games, the Japanese developer behind Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and Bayonetta, will be working on the title alongside series writer Tim Hendrick who is working on a script set between the second and third season of the show.
Being sold on the Xbox Game Store, PlayStation Store, and Steam market places, The Legend of Korra’s video game adaptation will be available digitally with a potentially lower price point. A Nintendo Wii U version is not currently planned.
Webfoot Technologies is also working on a 3DS turn-based strategy game for The Legend of Korra. There is no PlayStation Vita version planned, however, as this portable version is exclusive to the 3DS.
