Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

According to PlayStation trophy data, only a third of players have completed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

The data uncovered by The Sixth Axis indicates that approximately 33% of users have finished the single-player campaign.

Of those, just 2.4% have gone through the entire game on the highest difficulty mode. That is despite the fact that the campaign only lasts around eight hours.

Such a low completion rate should come as little surprise. Industry data from 2011 suggested that very few players finish popular games. Even single-player-only titles like Red Dead Redemption have around 10% of players completing them.

OnlySP’s Chris Hepburn gave Call of Duty: Modern Warfare a Distinction in his review. He said, “the plot is still incredibly relevant and thought-provoking” and that the game “may be the best in the series and a new start for a revival.”
