I Am Jesus Christ

Lord, have mercy—Polish publisher PlayWay has announced a simulation game coming to PC like no other: I Am Jesus Christ.

The game’s Steam description labels it a “realistic simulator game inspired by stories from the New Testament of the Bible.” The game spans from the baptism of Christ to his resurrection, allowing players to take on the role of Jesus himself.

While specific details are vague, the description goes on to mention that players will be tasked with attempting to save the world in the same way that Jesus did, explicitly citing a “fight with Satan in the desert.”

PlayWay is no stranger to simulation titles, publishing the likes of Thief Simulator and 911 Operator, but its eye appears to be on pushing the envelope with the upcoming launches of I Am Your President and I Am Jesus Christ.

No specific release window has been revealed, but players can expect this holy simulation experience to come “soon.”
