Being demoted is never fun, but success is still within reach. I Am Alive, originally a full retail game from developer Ubisoft Shanghai, is looking to build a ‘unique survival experience’ on PSN and XBLA this March. Ubisoft have today released a developer diary showcasing the games open-world environments and its robust amount of gameplay mechanics. The game focuses on being a realistic survival experience as players have to scrounge for the last bits of food and survive ‘uncertain encounters’ from enemy AI. I Am Alive takes place one year after the Event, a cataclysmic incident that leaves the world a toxic wasteland in the fictional American city of Haventon.
