tinyBuild has released 10 minutes of unedited footage from their recently re-announced title, Hello, Neighbor.
The footage is a little rough, but the concept is admittedly pretty great. Even just watching the footage is rather intense and includes plenty of jump scares when the weird guy finally catches the player. The game seems to be all about trial and error and getting into the basement isn’t going to be an easy task. You can also see how the AI responds to the player and learns as new traps are set up around the premises after each time the player fails…which is a lot.
The game is being built on the Unreal Engine 4 and as we previously reported, the look of the game is not final and is set to improve before the game’s release in 2017. If you want to read up more on Hello, Neighbor follow the link.
We’re currently working on setting up an interview with the developers to learn more about the game so stay tuned for that. We also just received preview keys for the game so we’ll have some hands-on coverage to share with you soon.
Check out the footage below and let us know what you think about the game in the comments section. Hello, Neighbor is scheduled for release on the PC in 2017.
