343 Industries has released a video documentary for Halo 5: Guardians called “Halo 5 ViDoc: A Hero Reborn” which gives a behind-the-scenes look of the game and the developer.

The ViDoc explores how 343 Industries has had to balance building up a studio while developing the game simultaneously. Concepts such as how to build combat encounters and how to implement additional features and game modes are observed in the video. 343 Industries also states that they are laying down the foundation for the future of the franchise with this game, and they hope to push Halo 5 as far as they can.

Halo 5 is described as “the biggest Master Chief story yet,” and the gravity of what it means to be a spartan is discussed in the video. Because of the story circumstances, they talk about how differently Master Chief is depicted and how more of his character is explored.
