Kingdom Hearts III is currently in development but according to Haley Joel Osment (the voice of Sora), he has not been called in by Square Enix yet.

Entertainment website, Zap2it, has received the information from the now 25-year-old actor who is starring in the new TV miniseries, “Spoils of Babylon.” Osment told the website that “[he] saw the announcement and then talked with [Square Enix] a little on the phone” and “the recording of the dialogue is one of the last parts of the [development] process.” The actor believes that he will start this Summer or later but when questioned on whether or not he will be voicing Sora, Osment replied “I can never say for sure, but hopefully I’ll be back.”

Tetsuya Nomura, the director of the Kingdom Hearts series, meanwhile,  is writing the scenario for the much anticipated sequel. Kingdom Hearts III is currently in development for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with no release date being given as of yet.
