Universim

Indie developer Crytivo Games has released a story trailer for its new God simulation project The Universim.

The trailer demonstrates the expansiveness of the game, following the growth and development of the player’s planet from the first signs of life all the way through to inter-planetary travel. Originally announced in 2014, the game began as a Kickstarter project that would be heading to Steam.

After a four year wait, supporters get their first taste of the game’s story mode. The video initially focuses on a family of early humans as they establish a village, before quickly fast forwarding to a bustling modern city complete with space rockets.

All that is confirmed presently is the possibility to explore other planets via the shuttles built on the player’s homeworld. Check out the trailer, embedded below, to see more from the title.

OnlySP’s Cedric Lansangan checked out The Universim at E3 2015, when he stated that he was “already in love” with the game.
