Ghost on the Shore

Developer like Charlie’s narrative-driven adventure Ghost on the Shore explores emotional ties that transcend death.

According to the game’s Steam page, Ghost on the Shore‘s narrative design encourages players to explore emotional ties and bonds beyond the grave.

Protagonist Riley is a young female who finds herself stranded on a desolate island. The adventure begins when Riley meets a determined, headstrong ghost called Josh who can only remember being dead as far as his memory will allow him. Josh urges her to go on an “adventure across atmospheric shores, uncovering the island’s tragic secret.”

Dialogue choices will shape the bond between Riley and the ghost and will ultimately determine her fate and influence the outcome of the game. like Charlie also explained that exploration will reveal clues about the ghost allowing players to uncover aspects of his past and how the history of the island led to his death.

Whilst the release date is unknown, Ghost on the Shore will be coming to PC via Steam soon.
