We’ve been getting some lengthier campaigns as of late haven’t we?
Alien: Isolation lasted around 15-20 hours, Shadow of Mordor lasted around the same amount of time and it’s looking like Far Cry 4 will contain a pretty lengthy campaign as well. Of course, just because a campaign is long doesn’t mean it’ll be good, but based off of what we played in Far Cry 3, we’re pretty excited for Far Cry 4’s.
According to Alex Hutchinson, the creative director on Far Cry 4, it’ll take gamers on average about 35 hours to complete all that Far Cry 4 has to offer. This includes the campaign and side missions, but as per usual with open world games, this playtime can vary wildly based on what you spend your time doing.
@nelslikesdonuts Hard to say. Depends if you aim to complete all the side content. Probably 35 hours on average for everything. It’s big

In related news, Ubisoft has also revealed that Far Cry 4 will be 1080p and 30fps on PS4, but abstained from saying what the specifications for the Xbox One would be. Based on Ubisoft’s prior history, it wouldn’t be at all surprsing to see the Xbox One version a 900p, but that’s currently unconfirmed.
