For those of you that didn’t know, Deep Down will actually have a single player mode in the game which will allow you to play through the game’s main storyline alone.

According to executive producer Yoshinori Ono in an video interview from back in September of 2013 he explains, “While Deep Down has been announced as an online game, it is not completely online-based, and you’ll also be able to play solo. The people who think the threshold of online games are still a bit too high,’ will be able to start out solo. Then maybe once they get more comfortable and used to the way it’s played, they’ll be able to play with other Ravens, whether it’s with two or three others.”

Checkout the latest trailer from the game just below. We’ll only be covering the single player aspect of Deep Down, so don’t expect the same amount of coverage for this title as we would normally provide other single player games. In the meantime, if you’re interested in playing Deep Down as a single player title, be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for more information on that side of things.

  1. The visuals are really good. Hopefully it won’t be long before we can play it.

  2. So, SP will be offline here or online? I hope to hell so, as I’m a HUGE Dragon’s Dogma fan and this one went onto my MUST play list as soon as I saw those first images and that trailer last year. I think every AAA game NEEDS an offline mode, as MORE people can play them and hell, they’ll not vanish into nothing once servers go down.
