Devil’s Third 80% Complete, 2014 Release Expected

Tomonobu Itagaki of the Dead or Alive series confirmed in an interview with 4Gamer that his new title – Devil’s Third – is 80% complete, and looking finished. He also said that a 2014 release for the upcoming title is to be expected.

Next year is the year we’ll launch our title Devil’s Third. At the moment the game is 80% complete and it looks finished. However I’m still polishing it further. That’s why I became independent. I would like to apologize for worrying our fans. Next year we’ll release it for sure, so stay tuned.

Devil’s Third is a third-person shooter set in a world where all satellites have been destroyed, causing a shift in world powers. It will be releasing on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Windows.
