Deemo II

Deemo II is now being developed by Rayark Games as a follow-up to the rhythmic adventure Deemo, which went from mobile to PlayStation Vita and Switch.

Deemo was originally released in November 2013 to much success on Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store. An enhanced version of the game, titled Deemo: Last Recital, shipped for PlayStation Vita in the middle of 2015.

Two years later, an entire four years after its original release, Deemo launched for the Nintendo Switch, again offering a surge of popularity to Rayark’s story-rich rhythm title.

According to Gematsu, a Rayark press release stated that “the developer said that from the teaser trailer and logo design, it can be seen that ‘rain’ and ‘flowers’ are important elements in the game.”

“While further explanation was not provided, the giant monster that lies beyond the train station at the end of the trailer seems to hint at part of the game’s storyline,” Gematsu reported.

While release platforms have not yet been revealed, fans may be optimistic about its early availability on consoles due to the success of the original title in the years following Deemo‘s mobile release.
