Motion Twin has announced that its roguelike-metroidvania Dead Cells has sold over two million units.

Additionally, the game’s ‘Rise of the Giant’ DLC is now available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, with Xbox One receiving the extra content “soon” due to a last minute bug in the certification process. The DLC was first released on PC back in March.
As a result of this milestone, Dead Cells is currently on sale for 20% off on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, and Nintendo eShop. The game is also slated to have an iOS release this summer as well as an Android version sometime later this year.
Dead Cells arrived on Early Access on Steam in May 2017, where it stayed for 14 months before its full release in August 2018.
