The official console release announcement for Darkwood premieres on YouTube in a few hours, but the dates have already been confirmed by Acid Wizard Studio.

Darkwood has been out on PC for nearly two years now, and it will finally be arriving for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One in the middle of May.

The splash image for the game’s YouTube release video plainly states the dates for each console. These dates are May 14 for PlayStation 4, May 16 for Nintendo Switch, and May 17 for Xbox One.

Darkwood console release dates

Darkwood had a successful Indiegogo campaign in 2013, raising over US$57,000. The game was released via Steam Early Access in July 2014, before receiving a final release for PC on August 17, 2017.

The official announcement can be viewed on YouTube starting at 10:30 AM EST.
