CD Projekt’s Adam Kicińskihas spilled some new details about CD Projekt’s plans for their future projects in an interview with Piotr Gnyp of this week. According to translations taken from Piotr’s Twitter profile (found here), Cyberpunk 2077 will be the first of a new series and will release on multiple platforms.

Another Tweet states that they also have a dark fantasy RPG in development that is presumably the third game in The Witcher series and apparently it’s farther along into development than Cyberpunk 2077. Kicinskihas told Piotr that CD Projekt would not have any “high caliber” released in 2013, and that their upcoming projects are being developed for next-gen consoles. Sony fans will have to wait a little while longer to get their hands on the series according to the interview, as CD Projekt wants to get The Witcher onto the Sony platform, but are waiting for the next generation to do so. As to why that is, we don’t know.

The full interview hasn’t been posted online yet, but when it is we’ll be sure to translate it for you and relay all the major details, so stay tuned for further updates.
