You know they did something right when they release an expansion pack 3 years after the initial launch of a video game. Civilization V‘s latest expansion Brave New World hit the shelves on July 9th and even with rave reviews (83/100 Metascore) if you act fast you can nab an almost 1/3 price break.

Civilization V: Brave New World only $21 after 30% coupon GMG30-LY2G6-UKDYY at Green Man Gaming. Elsewhere you’ll pay the full $29.99 MSRP.

This 30% off coupon code expires July 23rd at 11AM Eastern.

Since its July 9th release this is the lowest price ever, with one exception. On July 12th (the beginning of the Steam Summer Sale), it was accidentally discounted in an 8 hour flash sale to $20.09. This sparked a short lived controversy among the people who preordered the game just days earlier at $29.99. Soon after Steam gave those who preordered a copy of Civ IV, apologizing for the accident. Now however, just about everyone is at the full $29.99 list price so you’ll have to act fast before the coupon expires at GMG.
