Following several delays and changes in production, We Happy Few has a new teaser to increase hype for the survival-based project before E3.

Compulsion Games, the developer, has already confirmed that We Happy Few will have a showing at 2018’s E3. “Proper” beta testing began last month, with the publisher, Gearbox, initiating a full playtest at that time.

The teaser, which runs at a compact 49 seconds, shows another look of the title’s unique environments, which fluctuate between a colourful drug-fuelled unreality and a monotone dystopia.

Gameplay-wise, everything looks the same as has been previously showcased, but the teaser does show off some more environments, weapons, and other tidbits.

We Happy Few was originally slated for an April 13 release, but the project was pushed back by the developer to allow for further polishing. The title still has no release date, but the teaser has shown off some of the game’s shiny new polish, as well as confirming that revelations will follow at E3.

We Happy Few, expected for release this year, will launch on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
